IPL Matches on Wednesday: April 3

 The Indian Premier League  2013 will be kicking off on Wednesday, April 2. The opening match will be played between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Delhi Daredevils at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata from 8 pm onwards.

Both teams did pretty well last season and will be looking forward to start their campaign on a winning note this season. The Eden Gardens crowd will be right behind their home side and it promises to be a great encounter as well.

Shah Rukh Khan has taken charge of the events of the Opening Ceremony and it will be one night to remember for all. The Opening Ceremony will see performances from Bollywood Divas Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. Shah Rukh Khan too will be shaking his legs tonight.

Man united on the other hand are well in their way to reclaim the League title , widening their  margin to 12 points , with second place  & arch rivals City. 

Reports  suggests , Sir Alex will be fielding his reliable marskman Wayne Rooney tonight , after leaving him out of  the starting line up against Real Madrid , which saw  the hosts losing 1-2 in one of the most anticipated games of the year. 

Ryan Giggs , however  will be rested in tonight's encounter against Chelsea after justifying his services against Madrid , last tuesday . The 39 year old veteran Mideo was praised by critics as well by his fellow mates after a splendid game against Real Madrid , at Old Trafford . 

The age old Fued between , Sir Alex and Rafa Benitez will revive once more as mind games and 'Off the Field Tactics'  rejuvinates  ahead of tonight's Clash of Titans.
