India vs England World T20 Live: Sunday

Its Super Sunday at the ICC World Twenty20 2012 in Sri Lanka as India take on England in a Group A Game at the R.Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Both teams had won their openers against Afghanistan, but the bigger battle lies ahead as they take on each other. England will be the favourites in this game as they are in good form recently and have got a better line up than India.

INDIA: MS Dhoni has got reasons to worry about his team. They lost against Pakistan in the warm up game in a match that they should have won. Also, they allowed Afghanistan to put up a show on Wednesday. India should have beaten Afghanistan a bit more convincingly rather than just 23 runs.

India will have to put these things behind and look to gain momentum in the tournament from here on. India;s openers Gambhir and Sehwag need to score big today. They have been out of form for too long. Virat Kohli though is in the form of his life.  He has scored 3 consecutive half-centuries in his last 3 T20I's.

Yuvraj, Raina and Dhoni too would be crucial in the later overs. But what India need to take care of is their bowling. All the Indian bowlers, apart from Ashwin, have failed to keep the scoring down. Zaheer Khan has been the biggest disappointment so far. But he is a class bowler and will surely bounce back.

ENGLAND: Stuart Broad's men are on a roll as all their departments are well covered. Luke Wright just lit up the tournament with his 99* against Afghanistan and will look to carry on his good form. The likes of Jonny Bairstow and Jos Buttler are very dangerous with the bat and their cameos can turn the game.

But England's strong point is their bowling. Steven Finn will trouble the Indian top order with his pace and bounce. Broad and Dernbach on the other hand will be used more as containing bowlers. They have got a couple of very good spinners in Swann and Patel as well.
