Delhi Daredevils will be taking on the Auckland Aces on 19 October, Friday in a Group A match at the Kingsmead in Durban from 9 pm IST.
This is going to be a very crucial match in context of the Semi Final race because a win today for either team will get them to 8 points and a step closer to the Semi Final berth.
Delhi Daredevils started their CLT20 2012 campaign on a high as they best the fellow IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders by 52 runs in the inaugural game.Delhi are a very strong side and with the kind of players they have got they look the favourites to win this contest. Sehwag, Pietersen and Taylor will be the men to watch out for in the bating line up with the young Unmukt Chand too in there. Morne Morkel, Irfan Patha and Umesh Yadav will the key in the bowling department.
Auckland Aces had qualified for the Group Games after winning both their qualifiers. They are a spirited side and have already upset the IPL Champs Kolkata Knight Riders. Azhar Mahmood has been their star with both the bat and the ball. The other star players in the Auckland Aces are Martin Guptill, Lou Vincent and Kyle Mills.
