We are in the Garden City as hosts India battle it out against New Zealand in the 2nd and Final Test Match. India won the 1st Test in a rather convincing fashion by an innings & 115 runs and will look for a clean sweep. The match will start at 9.30 pm Local Time on Friday.
New Zealand have won the toss and decided to bat first. The Kiwis have made just 1 change in their line-up from the previous game. Tim Southee has come in for Chris Martin. India on the other hand are unchanged.
The conditions in Bengaluru are a lot different from Hyderabad. There is a cloud cover and that will certainly assist the seamers atleast in the first hour of the day. India will look to seaze the opportunity and grab a few quick wickets in that period.
New Zealand batsmen were found wanting in the first test against the spin twins and will have to come out positive today. There must have been plenty of planning in the Kiwis camp on how to play Ashwin and Ojha. But it will really come down to what they do at the pitch.
