In just about a week past Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola’s decision to step down as  manager ,  post 2011-12 season , offers are flooding in for the veteran Spaniard . A Recent offer  from Chelsea owner Roman Avbramovich has turned quite a few heads and created a hype  in the football universe .  The Chelsea owner has offered a staggering  19 million pounds a year  deal for Guardiola , but to his disappointment  the Veteran Barca coach and former player has turned down the contract as he decides to cut down all his schedules and take a year off from football . However , these snub has made matters in favor for current Chelsea coach Di Matteo who would then be guaranteed a permanent contract with  Chelsea as Manger . Owing to Di Matteo’s  recent FA Cup win  and his involvement  with players and staff has made him quite close to them ,most notably seniors including  Jhon Terry , Drogba who praised their manger’s skills and his intimacy with Chelsea players  ,this factors will certainly boost up Di Matteo’s chances of rightfully claiming the Manger spot.

Roman Avbramovich , however is not down with the whole 19 million pound offer as he will be keeping in  a close watch on Guardiola and may even offer a bigger contract . on the side of the fence , Didier Drogba may be staying at Chelsea as he will  be reappeared with an extension to the Chelsea contract .
