Bucharest tonight will be gearing up for a thrilling All Spanish
UEFA Cup finals , showcasing 2010 UEFA Cup winners Atletico Madrid who will be making there second
consecutive Final appearance in three years against their Spanish domestic rivals Athletic Bilbao in the all
important UEFA Cup 2012 Finals .Atletico have had their share of cup glory two years back defeating English side Fulham 2-1 , making it
their maiden UEFA Cup title .

The Spanish showdown is inevitably going to attract sports enthusiast in millions,
on Wednesday night . Both Athletic
Bilbao and Madrid will be under the supervision of two veteran Argentineans namely
Marcelo Bielsa and Diego Simeone . The
later have had experience of playing under Bielsa in the World CUP 2012 where
he dawned in the Argentine outfit . But tonight’s event will witness the fierce contest
between former Argentina coach going all guns blazing against Diego Simeone’s
men in the finals of the UEFA Cup 2012.
Atletico are well aware of Bilbao’s counter attacking play and their intensity ,
Simeons seemed alarmed about Bilbao’s
capabilities as they had already eliminated Manchester United in the previous
stages of the competition , commenting on his opponents’ traits simeons said “They’re a team with a lot of
intensity, a direct style of football , quick and brave , a team that is not
afraid to play in their way even in away matches” .
Bilbao , however have another topnotch showdown lined up
just after the UEFA finals , where they lock horns against Catalonian giants
Barcelona for the Copa Del Ray 2012 due to be held on the 24th of May.
Mean while , Atletico
Madrid have had an amazing run this season
as they are undefeated in seven straight games and thus on the verge of
claiming a European Championship spot next season .
Now, it’s all down to tonight’s finals as Atletico Madrid go
head to head with rivals Athletic Bilbao for the UEFA Cup 2012 at Bucharest.
