KKR vs DC: Knights to face the Charge at home

Its game time again at the Eden Gardens and this time the Deccan Chargers from Hyderabad will be challenging the KKR side at home. Deccan Chargers have lost all their 5 matches in the league so far and will be looking to register their first victory today. They have lost a couple of close games, but they bave got to blame themselves because they have really played poorly and the big names have not performed as expected. The skipper Sangakkara and JP Duminy have failed in the tournament so far and will be looking to get their pride back. Dale Steyn is the only silver lining as far as the bowling department is concerned and troubled all the batsmen so far with his deadly out swingers. Amit Mishra has also done well with the ball and also bowled economically. Shikhar Dhawan is the highest run getter for them this season and they will be hoping him to fire again. The Deccan Chargers need to put their act together and play as a unit if they want to beat the defiant Kolkata Knight Riders at home.

KKR are very confident of puling off another win tonight in their own backyard against the weak Deccan Chargers. They have performed well in all the three departments and have also kept their nerve in tight situations. The Eden track promises to be a low and slow one and batsmen will be finding it difficult to score runs. Spinners will play a huge role in this game and the KKr team will be banking on their 'mystery spinner' Sunil Narine to take wickets. Gambhir has used him ata the death and he hasresponded well too. Brendon McCullum has been still searching for runs along with the big hitting Yusuf Pathan. Gmbhir will be looking to carry on his goo form and take his team to victory.

Tonight's game promises to be a close one at hope you catch the action live on SET MAX at 8 p.m.

THE MEN WHO MATTER

Deccan Chargers-Sangakkara, Steyn, Dhawan, Mishra.
