West Indies vs New Zealand 3rd ODI: West Indies Eye Series Win

West Indies will go head to head against New Zealand in the 3rd ODI of the 5 match series at St. Kitts today. West Indies are currently 2-0 ahead in the series and will look to seal the series with a win tonight. They have outplayed New Zealand in all the three departments and will once again seek complete domination over their opponents. New Zealand on the other hand have been plagued by injuries to their top players and the youngsters are unable to put up a stiff challenge to the home side. They need to win today to stay alive in the series.

West Indies have been in tremendous form this season at their home grounds. The return of Chris Gayle has changed the fortunes of the team and the players are a lot more confident. The form of Chris Gayle is certainly giving nightmares to all the New Zealand players and fans. Sunil Narine has been the other star performer in the series as far as West Indies are concerned. West Indies are aiming a whitewash, but first they will hope that they can win the series with a victory in this game.

New Zealand have tried everything to stop Gayle but have failed drastically. They lack a genuine pacer who could trouble Gayle. The Stand-in-Captain Kane Williamson has done well individually with the bat along with BJ Watling. These two need to bat higher in the order to stabilise the innings. They are waiting eagerly for Ross Taylor's return and that seems to be their last chance of making a comeback in the series. They need to play out of their skins tonight to make a comeback in the series.

The match is scheduled to start at 13.30 GMT.
