West Indies vs New Zealand 5th ODI: New Zealand Play For Pride At St.Kitts

The 5 match ODI series between West Indies and New Zealand will be witnessing its last match today at St. Kitts. West Indies have already won the series 3-1 and will look to test their bench strength in this match. New Zealand on the other hand, fought hard in the last game but could not manage to sneak through the mystery spinner Sunil Narine. Ross Taylor did all he could, but the other batsmen were far too poor in their shot making. New Zealand will look to salvage some pride by winning today's game.

West Indies have dominated the Kiwis in all the three departments and totally pounded them in the series upto now. All the batsmen have performed when required and not just Chris Gayle. Even though Chris Gayle failed in the last match, Pollard, Russell and Samuels put their hand up and delivered. Sunil Narine has been the bowler who has troubled all the New Zealand batsmen and no one has been able to read him. West Indies will once again rely on him to deliver the goods today.

New Zealand have had a dismal tour of the Caribbean with just 1 victory in 6 games on this tour so far. They would like to get things right today and end the series on a winning note. Ross Taylor and Brendon McCullum will be the key players in this game as far as New Zealand are concerned. There will be huge pressure on these two. So be ready for this encounter as New Zealand challenge the West Indies at St. Kitts.

The match is scheduled to start at 13.30 GMT.
